The KCB Foundation is registered under the Companies Act of the Republic of Kenya and is governed by a Board of Trustees. This board is answerable to the KCB Group Board. The KCB Foundation supports community programmes in the markets where the bank operates in Kenya, Uganda, Southern Sudan, Tanzania and Rwanda. The Foundation supports the community in the following areas; Environment Education Enterprise Development Health Humanitarian Intervention

Kabissa (our name means completely in kiswahili) helps African civil society organizations to put Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to work for the benefit of their communities. We do this by providing an online platform where organizations working in Africa can showcase themselves and connect. Members work in areas from human rights advocacy to health, education and poverty alleviation.

For the Empowerment of Women and Children (EAC) - a non-profit organization that helps communities achieve empowerment by increasing literacy for women and children, improving health status and eradicating poverty.

The East Africa Association of Grantmakers (EAAG) is the initiative of a group of trust and foundations working in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya who came together to form a new membership organization for grant-making bodies across the region. The founder members of the EAAG share a fundamental belief in the importance of developing a strong philanthropic sector in East Africa which can harness resources locally, hold them in trust and use them to support community development initiatives.

ALIN-EA is a network of community development workers established in the year 2000 to continue the work of the parent organisation, Reseau d’Information des Terres Arides or the Arid Lands Information Network (RITA-ALIN).
