Rongo University College, a constituent college of Moi University, was established by His Excellency President Mwai Kibaki, Commander in Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces through Legal Notice NO.70 Kenya Gazette Supplement NO.51, on 17th June 2011 Rongo University College offers Degree and Diploma programmes that are strongly anchored growth through exploitation. The University Campus located on Kitere Hills 8 kilometers from Rongo.

Moi University Kitale Campus, ( formerly, St. Josephine Bakhita Formation Centre) is located about 118km west of the Main Campus in Eldoret; 82km from Eldoret Town and 8km from Kitale Town on the Kitale Kapenguria-Lodwar Road. The Satellite Campus was established in 2006, first at the premises of NOREC 3km from Kitale Town on the Kitale- Cherangany Road with three participating Schools including, the Schools of Education, Business and Economics and Human Resource Development. Currently, more schools and programmes have started and with the movement to St. Josephine Bakhita Campus, Moi University is set to entrench itself in the region.

Moi University is located in Eldoret, a distance of 310 Kilometers Northwest of Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. It was established as the second University in Kenya by an Act of Parliament, the Moi University Act of 1984. Moi University was established as an institution of Science and Technology with relatively small component of arts based programmes ...
