Kenya Acorn Project (KAP) is a charity that is running a hospital and supporting five schools in Western Kenya.

The KCB Foundation is registered under the Companies Act of the Republic of Kenya and is governed by a Board of Trustees. This board is answerable to the KCB Group Board. The KCB Foundation supports community programmes in the markets where the bank operates in Kenya, Uganda, Southern Sudan, Tanzania and Rwanda. The Foundation supports the community in the following areas; Environment Education Enterprise Development Health Humanitarian Intervention

The East Africa Association of Grantmakers (EAAG) is the initiative of a group of trust and foundations working in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya who came together to form a new membership organization for grant-making bodies across the region. The National Council of NGOs, popularly known as the NGO Council, is a self-regulating, non-partisan body comprising all registered NGOs. It was established in August 1993 under the Non-governmental Organizations Co-ordination Act, 1990 as a forum of all voluntary agencies.
