The Greater Horn of Africa Rainwater Partnership (GHARP) is a regional network of National Rainwater Associations (NRWA) from the Greater Horn of Africa (GHA) countries. The partnership was formally established in March 2001. The current members of GHARP are:
Ethiopia Rainwater Harvesting Association (ERHA); Kenya Rainwater Association (KRA); Rainwater Association of Somalia (RAAS); Rainwater Harvesting Association of Tanzania (RHAT ); and Uganda Rainwater Association (URWA). Our focus is rainwater harvesting and management (RHM) for improved water supply, food security, environmental sustainability, and poverty reduction.
