A fried cassava recipe by Jackie
- Peel the cassava tubers, cut them into quarters, boil them for 10 minutes
- Then fry the boiled cassava. Put oil on medium heat, use enough oil to deep fry the cassava, wait until it's soft when you poke it.
- Place the cassava on a plate and sprinkle some salt onto them.
